Casa Casuarina
This private club on Ocean Drive in South Beach
is housed in a building that is also known as the Versace House. It
was built in 1930. Gianni Versace bought
the building in 1992 for $2.9 million.
Versace was murdered here in 1997, and in
2000 Peter Loftin purchased the building
from Versace's estate and he converted it into
a private club. Spa 1111 is located inside the club.
Grand Bay Club
This private club on Grand Bay Drive on Key
Biscayne. Members have access to ten tennis courts,
a fitness center, and access to the nearby Crandon
Golf Course. Massage and spa treatments
are available with advanced reservations.
