Introduction to Biscayne Park Village
South Florida

Biscayne Park is an incorporated village located about seven mile north of the city of Miami in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The village was founded in 1933 by developer Arthur Griffing and it was incorporated that same year.

The Village of Biscayne Park is strictly a residential community with no hotels, restaurants, commercial development, or schools. The village population was approximately 3,130 in 2005 and its size is about 0.6 square miles.
